Direct DSD support up to DSD 256

Metal body with isometric edges
Each millimeter of the metal isometric head was precisely shaped to highlight the intermingling edges. The circular metal button on the switch was cleverly placed in a lowered level, so minimizing its unwanted compression. In addition, the design of the entire device has gained interesting detail.
The textured 3D back side embodies a design solution that corresponds to rich three-dimensional reproduction and gentle LED key illumination. If there is a difference of 6dB between two devices, then it is the difference of 1 quantized bit in the digital signal. For example, a 113dB SNR device has a loss of more than 1 quantum bit in the digital signal, resulting in a doubling of the sound wavelength difference compared to the PLENUE S with 120dB. If the device has a lower SNR or THD, it means that its performance is distorted when reproducing 24 and 16 bit sources. The computing power is provided by the powerful Cortex A9 dual-core processor at 1.2GHz . Thanks to it, the start and run of the installed Linux system is fast and smooth. For data-intensive 24-bit PCM, DXD, and DSD files, enough storage capacity is also needed, making 128MB of eMMC fast. If needed, you can easily extend it with the micro SDXC slot.
The player also has several audio ports, of course, a classic 3.5mm output, but it also complements its balanced 4-pin version and optical output to easily connect your player to an external decoder or your home HiFi set.
140 volume levels
PLENUE S allows you to set the volume at 140 levels. Holding the volume change button will change the volume quickly. If you just press the button, each step changes the volume by 0.5dB, so adjusting the volume can not be more precise.
USB DAC
