Method of use

The brushes should easily pass between your teeth. Force must not be used. When inserting the brushes into your interdental gaps, hold the tip of the brush against your gum at the edge of the interdental space. Find the ideal angle to allow you to slide it into the gap between your teeth. Without using force, gently push the brush through the gap and out again. Repeat with every interdental space in your mouth. Each space requires a different angle.
