The advanced stackable D-Link DGS-3120-48PC switch is designed for secure end-user connectivity in the small and medium-sized enterprise network and large enterprise network. Supports physical stacking, multicast transmission and increased security, making them an ideal gigabit solution on the access layer. It has 48 gigabit ports and four combo SFP ports. It will also delight you with a pair of 10Gbit stacking ports. These switches are also equipped with an SD card slot, which allows you to load firmware and upload configuration files directly from your SD card. It is also important to note that the ports support the Power over Ethernet (PoE) function, which makes it possible to power other devices without the need for additional electrical connections

The D-LINK DGS-3120-48PC Switch is aimed at small and medium businesses that require a high level of network security and maximum serviceability. They support features such as Spanning Tree, Rapid Spanning Tree and Multiple Spanning Tree, Loopback Detection and Broadcast Storm Control, which increase network immunity against traffic disturbance. Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) minimizes recovery time in the event of a loop. For load sharing and routing redundancy between switches / servers, DGS-3120 offers dynamic port pooling.

The switch supports authentication mechanisms and security policies that can be applied individually for each connected host. NAP is a network policy enforcement technology that allows administrators to protect network resources from computers that do not meet specified security criteria. The D-Link DGS-3120-48PC includes an extensive set of multi-layer QoS / CoS features to ensure that demand-intensive transmission services, such as VoIP, video conferencing, IPTV and IP surveillance, are served with high priority. 

Switch DGS-3120 is fully compatible with future IPv6 networks. Supports IPv6 security features to protect the network from illegal IPv6 clients. The DGS-3120 Series has been awarded IPv6 Ready Logo Phase 2 certification from the IPv6 forum, a global IPv6 support organization. The IPv6 Ready logo guarantees the compatibility and interoperability of IPv6 products. D-Link Single IP Management (SIM) technology simplifies and speeds device management by allowing you to configure, monitor, and manage multiple switches over a single IP address from any workstation using a web browser.

The DGS-3120 includes D-Link Green, which includes power saving mode, fan control, less heat emission, and cable length detection.
