The D-Link DIR-859 Router works as two individual wireless routers in one. The 2.4GHz wireless band has a speed of up to 450Mb/s, and another standalone 5GHz has a speed of up to 1300Mb/s. Both zones work simultaneously. For the slower band, we recommend connecting a printer device or an older PC. Game consoles and advanced phones can fully use the 5GHz band.
