Dobrý den, po přesně 6ti měsících (na den) přestal fungovat dongle, za celou tuto dobu byl odpojen pouze 2-3. Dnes z ničeho nic, se začal hlásit místo "Dell Alienware AW988" jako "Avnera AV6301". Nikde není napsáno jak se má postupovat, nikde nejsou nástroje jak toto opravit. Odpověď z Dell Alienware supportu je nulová. Update driverů ani Command Center nepomohla. Je toto na reklamaci ?

Zdravím sluchátka mám už asi mesiac zatiaľ som spokojný ale všimol som si že keď sa presúvam napríklad z izby do izby a sluchátka si nechám na hlave počujem ťukanie v ľavej mušli. Neviem či je to normálny jav alebo je tam niečo uvoľnené. Za odpoveď ďakujem.

Dobrý den. Chtěl bych se zeptat jestli tyhle sluchátka můžou být v jedné místnosti s těmi stejnými. Máme dva počítače vedle sebe a uvažujeme nad druhou koupí těchto sluchátek ale bojíme se že se signál bude rušit. Děkuji za odpoved.
