Dobrý den, při nákupu ntbku na firmu, lze zboží do 14ti dnů vrátit bez udání důvodů - např. u rozbaleného (1a) nebo zánovního zboží (1b)? Za jakou dobu se mi peníze vrátí (2)? Lze místo vrácení peněz si vzít ntbk jiný s částečným vrácením peněz nebo doplatkem z mé strany (3)? Děkuji za plnou odpověď.
