The Denon DCD 720AE CD player features a wide range of sound technology that Denon has developed and refined over many years of its existence. All the components used in the player were carefully selected to achieve the highest sound quality. This is also aided by the Pure Direct function to ensure the purest sound. Digital circuits have been designed to provide maximum protection against unwanted distortion. The player uses a highly accurate 32bit/192kHz D/A converter. This is also a USB input for an iPod or other device. A two-line display is placed under a centrally located drive . The front panel is made of exclusive-looking aluminum and the entire body of the device is mechanically grounded, which is reflected in high vibration resistance. Of course there is also energy-saving operation, automatic shutdown system.
