The DJI Mavic Air drone is an expensive piece of electronics, so an insurance will certainly come handy. The extended warranty for the DJI Care Refresh is precisely that - a damage insurance for your drone. It offers a 12-month warranty for accidental damage during normal use including contact with water. You are entitled to 2 full replacements for a fee (1st replacement 99 EUR, 2nd replacement 139 EUR). After filing a request for replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to an existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh applies to the body of the model, holder, camera, battery and propeller. If you use the service in the same country where you purchased the DJI Care Refresh, you do not have to pay for the shipping.

The activation and application of DJI Care Refresh requires direct communication of the customer with the DJI company in English.

Dobrý deň, ja by som sa chcel spýtať či budem môcť využiť tento care refresh aj keď mam drona už mesiac a ten pôvodný som nekúpil. Ďakujem.
