The DJI Spark drone is a precious electronic device, which is why it deserves an additional accident benefit. The extended warranty for the DJI Care Refresh is just the kind of emergency drone insurance you need. It offers a 12-month warranty for accidental damage during normal use, including contact with water. You are entitled to 2 full refunds for a fee (1st exchange for 49 EUR, 2nd exchange for 69 EUR). Upon request for replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to an existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh applies to the model's bodywork, curtain, camera, battery and propeller. If you apply a service in the same country where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, you do not pay for the service.

The activation and application of DJI Care Refresh requires direct customer communication with DJI in English.

Někde by tu mohlo být jasně napsáno, že DJI care refresh jde na jejich stránkách normálně aktivovat jen do 48 hodin od aktivace dronu.
