The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 is controlled via a 2" rotatable OLED touchscreen display with up to 1,000 nits of brightness. There are also two new buttons for quick zoom switching. The 5D joystick expands your camera control options:

New Zoom button allows you to zoom in quickly and accurately even on more distant objects. One press to switch between 1× and 2× zoom, double press to activate 4× zoom. Just hold down the button to make your own settings.

Auto Focus and Intelligent Subject Tracking
The camera's smart autofocus ensures that the selected subject is always in focus. Registered Subject Priority prioritizes focus on a preset subject.

¹Shooting 4K video at 240 fps is only supported in Slow Motion mode.
²For both Normal and D-Log colour profiles, the maximum dynamic range is 14 EV. In Slow Motion mode, the actual dynamic range may be less than 14 EV.
³The D-Log colour profile with 10-bit depth is only supported in normal Video mode.
⁴2x lossless zoom is not supported in Low-Light, Slow Motion and Timelapse modes.
⁵The data were tested in a controlled laboratory environment. Using the supplied USB-C to USB-C PD (USB 3.1) cable or other USB 3.1-compatible cable, you can transfer data from the integrated storage at a maximum transfer rate of up to 800 MB/s.
⁶ActiveTrack is not supported in Panorama, Timelapse, Motionlapse and SpinShot modes, nor when the gimbal is in FPV mode and the device is held horizontally. For optimal monitoring performance, we recommend using the device in a well-lit environment. ⁷For four-channel output, you must connect a DJI Mic Transmitter. Direct connection to the first generation DJI Mic is not supported. DJI microphones are sold separately.
⁸Subject Lock Tracking and Registered Subject Priority are supported in Video and Photo Pro modes, as well as Hyperlapse mode. Not available in Panorama, Timelapse or Motionlapse modes.
⁹The effective range for gesture control is 0.5 to 5 m at 1x zoom and 1 to 7 m at 2x zoom. To control ActiveTrack or shooting, use the appropriate gestures (palm or V) and do not cover your head with your hand. The effective range may change in the future depending on firmware updates.
¹⁰The Film Tone and Beautify functions in the camera are only available in Video mode and cannot be used simultaneously. When Film Tone is turned on, Beautify settings are not available in the camera. If the Beautify function is already active in the camera, switching to Film Tone mode will deactivate the function.
¹¹The Glamour Effects feature in the app is only available in Video and Low-Light modes, and is not available in Photo or other modes.
