Quadcopter DJI Phantom 4 is fitted to the fixed skeleton alloy of titanium and magnesium, which enhances the stiffness and minimizes vibrations and reduces the weight of the entire device. It also has  four engines, thanks to which the DJI Phantom 4 to boast an extremely stable atmospheric handling even under less favorable flight conditions. A single charge can fly up to 28 minutes. Under ideal conditions, you can reach speeds of flight up to 72 km / h and the remote control has a range of up to 7 km. Thanks to several flight modes, you'll be able to customize the flight to your wishes.

Quadcopter DJI Phantom 4 Pro is equipped with a 4K camera with 1 "CMOS sensor with a resolution of 20 megapixels. Moreover, this is the first camera having a mechanical shutter, which has the effect of removing distortion "rolling shutter" (formed e.g. the rapid flight).

Its performance is comparable to conventional cameras. Videos can be stored at a data rate of 100 Mb / s in dual encoding:

  • H.264 4K at 60fps
  • H.265 4K at 30fps

Avoiding obstacles

A comprehensive system of sensors registers obstacles in five directions. In the event of obstacle detection it can be avoided in four directions.

The obstacle avoidance system ensures intelligent FlightAutonomy supplemented by a stereo image sensor with high resolution in the rear quadcopter. The other pair of sensors is located at the front and additionally has infrared sensors that detect obstructions on the sides. The pilot can fully concentrate on shooting video.

Intelligent Remote Control

Improved driver has Lightbridge system for transmission of high definition video support the transmission frequency of 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz, thus minimizing the risk of interference signal transmission. After turning DJI Phantom 4 Pro  automatically assess the level of ambient noise and based on that selects the transmission frequency. Thanks to this feature, it is possible in ideal conditions to achieve video transmission up to a distance of 7 km.

An integrated HDMI port, microSD card slot, microphone, speaker and WiFi connectivity lets you edit photos using DJI GO. Battery life on the driver is approximately 5 hours.

flight modes

  • Draw - Draw a path on the screen and DJI Phantom Pro 4 will go exactly according to the specified direction. 
  • ActiveTrack - quadcopter automatically detects objects that follows, which enables to create complex scenes. The algorithm can recognize multiple objects and adjusts the dynamics so as to achieve smooth engagement.
  • Tapfly - simply by tapping anywhere on the screen to specify where the device will go with automatic avoiding obstacles.
  • Return to Home - "Homecoming", an enhanced mode automatically selects the most appropriate route to return to ambient conditions. Thanks to the GPS and record route the drone can return when the signal is terminated.
  • Gesture Mode - With Gesture Mode you can make selfies without remote control. Just raise your hands and the camera will recognize this gesture and locks the camera at the person. After that, spread your arms, to activate the self-timer and you have 3 seconds to find the appropriate pose.

DJI GO

For flying without trouble and shooting videos you absolutely need the mobile application DJI GO. It offers a live preview, various flight data and other advanced settings. Furthermore, access to manual camera settings, ISO values , aperture, shutter speed, and many others. Using DJI GO you can easily edit video and images, and then share it on social networks. Even allows live transmission. This application is also available in the monitor DJI Crystalsky.
