Dobrý den, dá se v mixéru použít horká voda?

Dobrý deň, zakúpila som tento výrobok v stave "zánovný". Chcela som ho prvýkrát použiť, no tento prístroj vôbec neotáčal mixovacími čepeľami. Jediné, čo sa stalo bolo, že sa o seba treli nožičky v spodnej časti rotora a poškodili sa. Je možné tento tovar vrátiť alebo vymeniť za iný?

Dobrý den, mám sto chutí výrobek vrátit ač jsem jej již použil. V popisu zboží uvádíte, že je vhodný k drcení ledu, což ale výrobce ve svém návodu zakazuje. Bylo by dobré tuto informaci ve Vašem popisu zboží opravit. S vrácením se ještě rozhodnu..... :-(

Dobrý den, roztrhla se mi tesnící gumicka u mixeru. Je trochu tenší než tak která je u láhve, tak se nedá zaměnit. Dá se dokoupit/ vyžádat od servisu? Děkuji!!

Dobrý den, koupila jsem tento mixér s tím, že je vhodný k rcení ledu, což je uvedeno u popisu výrobku. V návodu je ale uvedeno, že se k tomuto účelu používat nesmí. Jak to tedy je?
