Significantly accelerated, so for more demanding transmissions, the Powerline EDIMAX version of the Powerline Adapter is used to create a LAN network through the existing power cable distribution. It is the ideal choice for multimedia homes or busy offices where it provides the same quality of data transmission as the conventional Ethernet network, with the advantage of easy installation and saving of UTP cable money. Communication between Powerline adapters over electrical wiring can reach up to the theoretical value of 500 Mbps .
The integrated power socket allows other devices to be connected to a standard electrical outlet. This ensures that even with the Edimax HP-510AC connection , each power socket will be used.
Supports IGMP technology that enables efficient use of the source and is also suitable for IPTV, VoIP, various streaming videos and online gaming. Also interesting are QoS support (Quality of Service) and 128-bit AES encryption as well as many other standards for reliable security. To use the adapter, just plug it into an electrical outlet, where it will also be powered. If you do not want to use a wireless connection, just plug the UTP cable into the RJ-45 connector.
