Edimax Plug-n-View
Edimax Plug-n-View technology facilitates surveillance and makes it easy to keep your home, family, pets and property safe from anywhere. With the Plug-n-View, you can set up your Edimax network camera in a few simple steps. The camera is also able to connect automatically to the cloud so you can access it from anywhere using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Widescreen, High-Quality Video
The Edimax IC-3115W camera features a 1.7mm (equivalent to 28mm) wide-angle lens that covers a 74.8-degree angle, making it suitable for capturing wide-screen video through a single camera. With a 1.3 Megapixel CMOS sensor, this camera is capable of capturing movies with SXVGA resolution (1280 x 960 dots) at 30 frames per second.
Motion Detection
The IC-3115W camera is equipped with a powerful motion detection system in several sectors. When a camera captures motion or movement in a certain area, it immediately takes a snapshot of the event and sends it to the user via e-mail or via FTP. The multi-sector motion detection also works with the recording function of the camera. When the IC-3115W camera detects motion, it is capable of capturing a video of up to 60 seconds of the tracked or monitored sector.
Manage from a Computer, iPhone or Phones running Android
The supplied Edimax IC-3115W camera accessory features a 16-channel computer-free viewer (free) with which the user can monitor and manage up to 16 network cameras simultaneously. This browser supports manual, cyclical and scheduled image uploading for each surveillance application. In addition, the EdiView IC-3115W Network Camera Viewer for iPhone and Android allows users to access the camera without the use of a computer.
