Dobrý den, nepochopila jsem úplně komentář z 28.11.19 o tom, že se na úvod kteréhokoliv z programů spustí vypouštěcí čerpadlo a odplaví tekutý prací prášek z bubnu (nevím, zda ho komentující zákaznice nalévala přímo do bubnu, anebo do příslušného zásobníku, dlouho jsem neviděla vrchem plněnou pračku, a tehdy jsme prášek sypali na vrch bubnu.) Můžete na něj reagovat, k čemu jste došli prověřením?Děkuji

pračku mam 2 měsíce, ze začatku prala vyborně pak najednou začala po chvíli praní obvyklým způsobem blikat červeně. po vypnutí a zapnutí tlačítka ON/OFF opet chvilku pere a pak nanovo.Odpad byl vyčištěn proštouchnut po porade jsem zkoušela calgon ocet a nic. V pračce navíc zustavá cca 10cm vody děuji Roguljicová Gabriela

Dobrý den, na začátku každého pracího programu je spuštěno vypouštěcí čerpadlo. Není tedy možno použít tekutý prací prostředek - je ihned odčerpán z bubnu ven. Nelze tedy ani realizovat čistící proceduru bez prádla (například s octem). Měli by jste na toto upozornit v popisu. A zvážit případné stažení tohoto výrobku z vašeho sortimentu.
