Oatmeal 64%, sugar, soybean peel 12% (soy protein isolate 87%, tapioca starch, table salt), chia seeds 3.8%, pieces of freeze-dried cherries 1.3% (100% cherries), potato starch, edible salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural aroma.

Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 serving of porridge, pour the contents of one sachet into a bowl, add 160-180 ml of cold water and mix well. Let the slurry stand for 3 minutes. For cooking in a microwave, place the bowl containing the bag and water in a 700 W oven and heat for 1 minute.
