Dobrý deň,v deň nákupu Power bank zariadenie fungovali bez toho,že by sme ho nabíjali,no na druhý deň,napriek nabitiu na 100% už absolútne nevykazovalo aktivitu,vedeli by ste mu poradiť kde by mohla byť chýba a ako v tomto prípade ďalej postupovať?, ďakujem

Ked potrebujem nabit mobil s USB-C vstupom, tak mozem pouzit rovno USB-C kabel, alebo musim mat redukciu z USB na USB-C? Podla fotiek mi vychadza, ze USB-C konektor na powerbanke je iba na nabijanie powerbanky.

Dobrý deň. Keď pripojím zariadenie k powerbanku, po minúte sa powerbank vypne (s plnou batériou) a zariadenie sa prestane nabíjať. Je to chyba nastavenia, alebo mam vadný model?
