Dobrý den, pořídil jsem si spojovací LED řetězy ( 5 kusů 10 metrových řetězů a 2 kusy 2,5 metrových - krápníky) celkem 700 led. Zapojeny jsou do jednoho napájecího zdroje (s dálkovým ovládáním). Problém je v tom, že jeden řetěz s krápníky a dva desetimetrové řetězy svítí o dost méně než zbytek. Pomůže výměna (reklamace) napájecího adaptéru, případně lze koupit jiný (kvalitnější)? Rád bych tento problém odstranil, prosím o radu. Děkuji za odpověď

Dobry den, Po zapojeni 2x 30m (2 stromy) sviti jeden strom vyrazne vice a druhy o poznani mene. Vadi svetlum, ze je mezi nimi prodluzovaci (original) 10m kabel a tim sviti druhy strom mene?

V popisu výrobku se píše, že má řetěz přívod 5 m , ale není to pravda. Řetěz žádný kabel nemá a musí se koupit. Asi by bylo dobré to opravit.

Po cca 400 hod.nesviti casti retezu,oproti novym viditelne slabsi svit...chtel bych videt deklarovanych 50tis.hod.
