Dobrý den, mám 2 stejné settopboxy EMOS em19-s. Dálkové ovládání jednoho znich přestalo ovládat settop box, ale programovatelná tlačítka ovládání televize fungují. Baterky jsou vyměněné a v pořádku. Chyba na settopboxu ani na IR čidle není, protože jsem zkusil použít ovladač druhého settopboxu, ovládání funguje. Dá se nějak resetovat tento ovladač? Nebo je to na reklamaci? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý deň, chcel by som sa opýtať či má set top box funkciu časovač. Funkcia kde si nadstavím napríklad automatické vypnutie TV za 15/30/XX minút. Ak nemá tak prosím o radu ktorý STB túto funkciu má. Ďakujem.

Dobrý den, přístroj fungoval bez problémů. Nyní se po chvíli vypne a zase znovu zapne. Je to dost otravné. Čím by to mohlo být? Děkuji, JB
