Dobry den, moze ist ziarovka do lampy, ktora akceptuje max 60W ? Paremeter ziarovky je sice 14W, ale je trosku matuce, co znamena obrazok 14W = 100W ziarovka. Znamena to iba, ze ziarovka svieti podobne akoby svietila 100Wattova ? ?

Dobrý den, který paragraf obchodního zákoníku, vám povoluje, podmiňovat prodej (některého) zboží, povinností nakoupit minimálně dvě položky tohoto zboží, ačkoliv je od výrobce baleno normálně, jako jednotlivé kusy? Nejedná se náhodou o nekalou obchodní praktiku, zneužíváním postavení prodejce?? Budu vám zavázán za srozumitelné vysvětlení. Má snad ALZA tak nízký obrat, že musí používat tyto praktiky?
