Dobrý den, sluchátka při chůzi fungují OK, ale při běhu zvuk přeskakuje. Asi bude nutná reklamace, že?

Dobrý den, dnes jsem obdržel sluchátka která jsem si o víkendu objednal a jsem velmi zklamaný kvalitou zvuku který je opravdu žalostný. Jakobych poslouchal pod vodou. Je možné sluchátka vrátit? Kvalita ceně rozhodně neodpovídá. Nevím zda-li mám vadný kus nebo to tak má být.

Dobrý den, sluchátka se mi pravidelně po 0,5 hodině vypínají. Zahraje zvuk a spojení se přeruší. Musím potom ručně vypnout a zapnout a zase 0,5hod. fungují. Dá se s tím něco dělat, nebo to je na reklamaci?
