Mám nový přehrávač Energy Sistem MP4 Touch Bluetooth Amber 16GB. Byl jsem překvapen, když jsem překopíroval soubory WMA z harddisku do přehrávače pomocí připojení přehrávače kabelem USB s ntb a soubory s formátem WMA (bezztrátové) nejdou přehrát v přehrávači - na displeji se zobrazí informace "Formát souboru není podporován". Přitom v popisu přístroje na web stránkách je tento formát uvedený jako přehratelný. Soubory byly uloženy na HDD pomocí aplikace Windows Media Player (WMP) v. 12.0 přehráním z CD. Soubory lze zpětně v uvedeném WMP přehrát připojením přehrávače přes USB ntb - jsou nepoškozené. Je to vada přístroje k reklamaci? Příp. existuje firmware přehrávače k opravě přehrávaného formátu? Děkuji za odpověď.
