Dobrý den,koupila jsem tiskárnu jako rozbalenou a nechce mi přijmout SETUP náplně,že již byla inicializována.Takže už ji přede mnou někdo spustil a mě jsou náplně k ničemu protože je lze použít jen při prvním spuštění.Nemělo by rozbalené zboží být pouze rozbalené?
