Dobry den, tlaciaren prestala tlacit plnofarebne, tlaci len zltou. Napriek tomu, ze som zalozil nove tonery. Spustil som aj automaticke cistenie hlavy, ale nepomohlo. Dakujem za pripadne rady.

Dobrý den, nedávno jsem tuto tiskárnu zakoupil, kvůli hlučnosti bych si ji přál vrátit, nicméně již jsem použil (vytiskl několik listů) barvy dodané k tiskárně v ceně. Lze tiskárna v takovémto případě ještě vrátit?

Dobrý den, měli jsme tiskárnu Epson stylus Photo 720 a po oznámení že tiskací polštářsky jsou teměř na konci životnosti ji nedokázala počítačová pohotovost rozpohypovat ( špatná je prý hlava), chci jí nahradit jinou . Hodila by se prosím tato ? Děkuji

Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme tuto tiskárnu. Bohužel se nám stále nedaří zprovoznit scaner, nechce komunikovat s počítačem. mechaniku nemám, abych tam dala instalační CD, snažila jsem se stáhnout ovladače ze stránek výrobce ale stále to nefunguje. Můžete poradit? Také nám nejde přes wifi
