Epson Perfection Photo V550

A scanner with photographic talents. It can digitise your old filmstrips, slides, photographs, and other small images. Its high 6400 x 9600 DPI resolution is perfect for scanning small objects and capturing the finest details. Meanwhile, Digital ICE processing technology digitally removes dust and scratches and corrects damaged media, sparing you from having to do costly and time-consuming retouching. Epson Easy Photo Fix software can then fine-tune the image just the way you like it. Restore faded colours, remove dust and adjust the lighting to breathe new life into your old photos.

Epson Perfection V550 can scan photos and documents almost immediately, with no warm-up time required. Epson ReadyScan LED technology provides great image clarity. A built-in transparency unit can scan two 35 mm film strips (12 frames) or four 35 mm slides simultaneously. The scanner can handle medium format film as well. Using ArcSoft Scan 'n' Stitch Deluxe software you can scan media up to A2 in size (e.g. large photographs, newspaper articles, posters, etc.). Scanned material can be uploaded to cloud via Epson Easy Photo Scan, or you can choose from several social networks and photo managing services. Your data will be safely backed up and accessible from other computers.
