Dobrý den, mám starší model V500 Photo (parametry téměř shodné s V600), který začal do skenování vkládat svislé tenké (1 nebo 2 px, při efektivním rozlišení 1200 – 2400 dpi, i pro V600 je to maximální rozlišení, kdy ještě přibývají detaily - recenze na netu, vlastní zkušenost) zelené a červené pruhy, na internetu jsem vyhledala, že je to nečistotami na skle či bílém kalibračním pruhu z druhé strany skla. Na Flickru - Epson V600 & V550 Users / visible line green and red lines - je diskuze o tomto jevu, problém se prý může opakovat a postihuje i vyšší rady od V700. Pokud čištění nezabere je nutný servisní zásah (nečistoty na snímači?). Fy Epson na stránkách píše, že řeší jen záruční opravy a jsou tam staré odkazy na fy, které už opravy vůbec neprovádějí, případně jen multifunkce, tiskárny, profesionální řešení. Zeptám se Vás tedy, jestli jste tento problém již řešili a zda nevíte o servisu, který opravuje tuto řadu skenerů, nechce se mi kupovat další podobné zařízení bez možnosti oprav.

A ještě jeden dotaz ke skeneru Epson Perfection Photo V600. Pokud naskenuji černobílý nebo barevný negativ. Tento skener asi nedisponuje možností převodu na pozitiv. Jak na tento převod? Co doporučíte? Dovede to nekterý ze skenerů? Nebo jaký sw zvolit?
