Dobrý den, pořídili jsme si tento vysavač, funguje skvěle bez chyby dělá co má ale nemůžeme přijít na to jak otevřít zásobník na prach, pořád ho vyklepáváme ale nejde nám otevřít, můžete nám poradit případně ukázat jak na to? Děkuji :)

Dobrý den chtěl bych se zeptat jak funguje mopování. Jde o to, když mám v obývacím pokoji malý koberec tak jestli si ho vysavač všimne nebo je nutné dát jej na stranu, aby nedošlo k ,,vytření koberce"

Dobrý den, nedaří se mi aktivovat program úklid podél zdi. Je třeba nějaký speciální postup nebo je to závada vysavače? Také při volbě automatický i malý úklid vysavač, "pobíhá" chaoticky po místnosti. Pokud začne jezdit od jedné zdi ke druhé, tak se při otočce rozjede šikmo do místnosti. Je to nějaká porucha nebo to musím někde nastavit?

lze použít jako náhradní akumulátor tento ? EVOLVEO RoboTrex H11 - Li-ion baterie 2600 mAh bohužel u něj není uvedeno napětí a rozměry a zatím nemám odpověd u tohoto akumulátoru, děkuji
