The Gratus Vital is a versatile kitchen mixer in luxury white stainless steel. This powerful and modern machine features an extra powerful motor with a power input of 1200W and a sophisticated method of planetary mixing. The all-metal design guarantees high quality and long service life. Users will appreciate the smooth speed control to choose exactly the right speed for each raw material and the Pulse function for instantaneous acceleration to the maximum speed.

Multifunctional

This multipurpose device can do it all. You can knead dough, whip cream, make delicious and healthy smoothies, shred and cut, grind meat, and mill flour, legumes, or rice. With a mill with real milling stones, this machine allows you to plunge into the world of healthy homemade food. The mill will handle wheat, rye, barley, pea, buckwheat, lentil, peas, chickpeas, beans, and corn while retaining all enzymes, oils, vitamins, and saturated fatty acids.

Planetary system

Thanks to the planetary mixing system and the originally designed elongated parts of the whipping attachment, you can perfectly handle the entire contents of the container. You are sure to appreciate the 5.5-litre stainless steel bowl, which can make up to 1.5kg of flour. However, if you are just processing a smaller amount of raw material, the Gratus Vital is also equipped with a height adjustable attachment.

Delicious smoothies

You don't have to buy a special mixer to make your favourite smoothie cocktails. Simply use the 1.4-litre glass mixer and two sports bottles that are part of the package. With the bottles, you can take your smoothie with you on the go. They fit in the beverage holder of your car and have a practical neoprene thermo cover to help maintain the drink's temperature. The glass mixer also enables you to prepare puree, sauces, and creamy soups, all amazingly smooth and fine.

Fresh juices

Another very useful attachment is the berry, fruit, and vegetable press, which makes it easy and quick to prepare healthy fresh juices full of vitamins and minerals. And that's not all! Do you prefer orange juice or grape juice? The Gratus Vital will not disappoint. With the citrus attachment, which you will also find among the accessories, you can make any kind of juice you want. You can also process fruits and vegetables using the grater attachment with six different disk graters.
