The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti benefits maximally from the excellent Pascal architecture, which is based on the ultra-fast FinFET manufacturing process with a full support of the DirectX 12 interface. Physically, it is a GP102 chip, which forms a basis of the professional Titan X, but NVIDIA has decided for its fairly massive overhaul.
