EVOLVEO FX 650
The EVOLVEO FX650 delivers stable power to ATX builds with a total output of 650W. Its 80 PLUS Bronze certification confirms high energy conversion efficiency, reaching a minimum of 82% at 20% load and rising to 85% at half load. To stabilise and efficiently draw power from the mains, the PSU uses active Power Factor Correction (PFC). Its fixed cabling offers key connectors for powering gaming rigs, including two PCI-E 6+2-pin connectors for graphics cards and a total of six SATA connectors for drives and other peripherals.

- Active PFC for power factor correction
Choosing a power supply
When choosing a suitable PC power supply, the key parameter besides the format is its power output. This indicates the maximum number of watts the power supply can continuously provide to the computer's components. It's a good idea to use an online calculator to determine the optimal power output based on your chosen components.
Quiet operation
The cooling operates in a semi-passive mode, also known as Zero RPM. This means the large 140mm fan remains still at loads up to 20%, ensuring the power supply makes no noise. The fan only starts to spin up smoothly at higher power draws, while a complete set of five types of electronic protections ensures the safety of connected components. These include overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short-circuit, and overheat protection.

80 Plus certification in the European market
The 80 Plus certification was created to objectively assess the efficiency of computer power supplies. This gives users a simple and clear way to compare different models. On the European market (where 230V is used), there are six levels of 80 Plus certification with set requirements for computer power supplies. Higher energy efficiency primarily means lower energy consumption.
