The high-quality FAB 200RSDNm/35+60 cylindrical insert is certified in safety class RC 3 - high security. The FAB is specially designed to withstand the attempt the non-destructive bumping method of defeating a lock. It is made of matt nickel and comes with three keys with patented protection and a special ID card. Without this card, it is not possible to make spare keys.

What does safety class RC 3 mean?

Theives attempt to overcome the FAB cylinder by using a 710mm lever and another screwdriver, hand tools like a small hammer and a mechanical hand drill. The thief has a certain awareness of the closure system and with these tools he is able to attempt to defeat the lock. When using a 710 mm length lever, increased physical violence can be applied. RC 3 class locks are specifically designed to withstand such attempts.
