The clean lines of the STEELMAX cooker hood will become a distinctive and timeless feature in any modern kitchen. The vertical white glass panel does not get in the way while you cook and is also very easy to clean. If there is a lot of steam, you can improve collection by opening the panel using the pistons. Inside the hood is a modern EVO ventilation unit, which excels with its high performance and low energy consumption. A unique feature is the option to modify the hood for direct connection to a heat recovery system. The extractor hood is supplied without a motor and is equipped with an additional grease filter to capture the finest grease particles.

Remote Blower system
Another interesting option is to relocate the cooker hood motor outside the kitchen. The REMOTE BLOWER system lets you modify the hood to be motorless and use the original motor to create an external EVJ ventilation unit, which can be placed in a pantry, utility room or the loft of the house. It can also be connected to a VILPE external roof ventilation unit, which is available in several colour options, or to the MISTRAL external facade motor. In these cases, the technical parameters of the cooker hood are identical to those of the selected external ventilation unit. In all cases, all functions of the hood are retained, operation becomes silent, and with a direct connection to a heat recovery system, the house can be certified as a passive house.
Perimeter aspiration, three speed levels and LED lighting
Perimeter aspiration, together with the auxiliary extraction zone at the bottom of the hood, ensures all vapours are captured effectively. The touch controls offer three speed levels, an intensive extraction function and a delayed switch-off for after you've finished cooking. Two LED bulbs with a light spectrum similar to daylight perfectly illuminate your workspace. The package includes a telescopic stainless steel chimney; for recirculation mode, you need to order a recirculation kit and a set of carbon filters.
