Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, zda je arogantní jednání při řešení reklamací vaším standardním postupem? Navrhl jsem podmínky pro vyřešení a zdůrazňuji nedal jsem žádný souhlas s opravou a dostanu odpověď, že můj souhlas byl předán servisu a zaplatím přes 500 CZK a já nevím, kdy sekačku dostanu. Abych věděl zda si u Vás mohu ještě někdy něco koupit. Mimochodem, tuto sekačku bych nekoupil ani nenáviděnému sousedovi. 1. bylo by to ubohé takto podle a úskočně, 2. On by si za rok posekl max dvakrát za rok a šířil by plevel i ke mě. Jelikož sekačka je slovy na jedno použití a pak do servisu.

Dobrý den, koupil jsem si tuto sekačku. Po prvním sečení v reklamaci. Už jsem zjistil, proč u této položky nemáte položku recenze - neprodávaly by se. Tak napíšu alespoň sem, abych si trochu ulevil. Při prvním posekání zahrady praskl kryt pohonu zadních kol. Bylo s ní zacházeno jako s princeznou :-) jelikož byla v záběhu. Zahrada sekána cca 50x před tím Hechťáckou sekačkou a vím že tam nejsou žádné kameny apod. Pravděpodobně se pod krytem zachytává sečená tráva, což samozřejmě nepoznáte, a následně nože tímto chuchvalcem kryt roztlučou až praskne. Při reklamaci jsem se cítil jako blb, jak můžu reklamovat evidentně mechanicky rozbitý kryt a již asi znám předem výsledek. Lituji nákupu a přemýšlím jak se tohoto zázraku zbavit. Stačilo by tento kryt udělat plechový, ale tyto urvítka se tam dávají pravděpodobně záměrně. Prasklým krytem se zanáší mechanismus pojezdu a hrozí nákladnější oprava. Nedovedu si představit, že každé sečení měním kryt a kontroluji po minutách zda není prasklý
