Top level electronics

The original X1 has gained a reputation for its polished reproduction, but his successor goes even further using technologies that were not available at the time of the first model. The professional DAC CM5242 by the company Texas Instruments is capable of wider signal/noise distances and a perfectly balanced output. Linked LPFs and operational amplifiers are optimised for DAC co-operation to deliver more realistic reproduction of low-frequency tones.
