Traditional, hand-made practices have been combined with modern technology in the production of these nutritionally valuable delicacies made from dried meat with no added preservatives and dyes. Only the best lean Czech meat cuts are selected for drying. The company obtains meat from small regional breeders from around the Czech village of Pardubice. The meat is gently cut into slices about 4mm thick and are then dried for a few hours before being cut into smaller pieces by hand. This creates a delicacy full of energy with a delicious meaty taste. The ideal snack for all real carnivores.

Why Choose Turkey?

Dried meat, also known as jerky, is produced by Fine Gusto using top-quality beef from smaller Czech regional breeders. Only the best turkey breast is dried for the product. The turkeys are chosen because of their high-quality diet so that it's taste isn't negatively affected by its breeding. No steroids and other hormonal agents are used in raising this livestock. Thin slices of meat are gently salted so that the salt is always less than 2% of the product, then the meat is dried for several hours. Turkey has been chosen because it has a great nutritional value which is maintained after drying, and it still tastes so good that it does not need to be improved. However, there's nothing wrong with experimenting with an old classic and for those who love a little spicy kick the addition of pepper to this classic has proven to be a favourite of our customers.
