Dobrý den, při poslechu sluchatka přestanou na vteřinu hrát. Děje v ruzných časovych intervalech. Jde s tim něco udělat nebo musim sluchátka reklamovat? Mám je jeden den. Děkuji

Dobrý den, po rozbalení jsem zjistil, že pravé sluchátko hraje o dost méně než levé. vyzkoušel jsem to na 2 telefonech, ale se stejným výsledkem. lze uvést sluchátka do "továrního nastavení", provést reset nebo něco podobného? na stránkách výrobce jsem nic nenašel.děkuji za odpověd.

Sluchátka hrají příliš hlasitě s telefonem Samsung Galaxy S8. Tedy i na zcela minimální hlasitost nastavenou v telefonu, hrají jako by byla nastavena hlasitost na cca 80% maxima (porovnávám s ostatními drátovými sluchátky). Pokud zesílám hlasitost v telefonu jen o několik desítek procent, již to rve uši. Na nejhlasitější jsem to ani nezkoušel raději. Na usínání je to tedy zcela nevhodné a obtížně se s nimi chodí i v běžném tišším prostředí, kde není slyšet žádný okolní zvuk, což považuji za poměrně nebezpečné - vzhledem např. k silničnímu provozu, atd. Hlasitý zvuk jde ze všech dostupných aplikací v telefonu na přibližně stejné úrovni (audio přehrávač, video přehrávač, youtube, online rádio, atd). Můj dotaz směřuje k možnosti nastavení nižší úrovně přehrávaného zvuku. Ať již pomocí další nainstalované aplikace, či samotném nastavení sluchátek, pokud to umožňují..?
