Dobrý den chtěl bych uplatnit kód na hru kterou jsem získal za nákup procesory AMD Ryzen 7 5700X ale nikde nevidím kód a ten sedmimístný kód co tuje na stránkách tak je neplatný co mám dělat?

Tak v prosinci problém stále stejný. Coupon code limit has been reached ... tedy dostal jsem od Alzy kód, ale bohužel nefunkční. Napsal jsem tedy na AMD support a uvidím, co se dozvím. Každopádně mi to přijde od Alzy neprofesionální tu hru k tomu stále slibovat, pokud jsou s dodaným klíčem problémy. Odkaz pro zákazníka, aby si v případě problému vše dořešil s AMD Support podle mne není v pořádku. Pokud k produktu něco slíbím, mám se starat o to, aby to fungovalo a neházet to pak na zákazníka.
