The ceramic sharpener is designed for sharpening and polishing all types of knives. The G21 Knife Sharpener with 1000 grit has an ergonomically shaped handle made of pleasant material, a practical loop for hanging and a protective element for safe storage on a mat. The tool made of very hard ceramic is durable and high quality and easy to clean. The G21 sharpener is suitable for fine edge dressing, for final finishing of the knife after grinding with a whetstone or for fine sharpening.

Sharpening with the G21 sharpener is easy
Place the ceramic sharpener on a dry and firm surface so that it rests on the plastic non-slip protector on its tip. Bring the knife so that the blade touches the ceramic grinding part of the whetstone at an angle of 25 to 30°, or 20 to 25° if it is damascus. Then run the blade of the knife freely over the surface of the sharpener. Just wipe the high-quality and durable G21 sharpener with a sponge under running water; for a more thorough treatment, pour a little baking soda on the sponge.
