With the new driving model
Nintendo Switch's new MotoGP26 riding model builds on the rider's skill-based control system, resulting in more realistic motorcycle behaviour and greater control in cornering, braking and acceleration. Each battle on the track is more intense and requires precision, correct timing and courage when overtaking.
Build a career
MotoGP26 Nintendo Switch also includes a more sophisticated career mode where you build your own racing story. In addition, driver ratings dynamically change based on actual results from the 2026 season, which directly affects their performance in the game. You can also track your progress with collectible cards that commemorate important moments in your career.
TUTORIAL
For beginners and experienced players
MotoGP26 Nintendo Switch brings a revamped physics model that gives riders even more control over their motorcycle. The new control system takes more account of body movement on the bike, so every lean, braking and corner exit feels more natural and realistic. If you want to hit the track right away, you can opt for the more accessible Arcade Experience, while the Pro Experience offers a full-fledged simulation for more demanding players. Tutorials, adaptive difficulty and intelligent assistants that gradually adapt the game to your abilities help you find your way around.
CAREER
Choose your official riders
Career mode is even deeper this time around, offering more options to create your own racing story. You can start as a rookie with your own rider, or take on the role of one of MotoGP's official stars and rewrite their careers to suit you. Every season brings new challenges, contract negotiations, movements on the equestrian market and press conferences. Your answers to the media can influence future challenges, while your collaboration with the team will translate into the development of the bike and its performance on the track.
MOTORS
Experiment during training
In addition to the classic races, you can also try new ways of training and experimenting with driving. Leave the paddock and hone your skills in Motard, Flat Track or Minibike disciplines that will test your technique from a different angle. There are also Production Bikes, which are production motorcycles familiar from branded racing events that have their own physical model and offer a different riding style.
MULTIPLAYER
Race across platforms
Of course, MotoGP 26 Nintendo Switch also features rich online multiplayer. With full cross-play, you can race against players across platforms and take to the grid with up to 22 drivers. New online lobbies make it easier to organise races and compete with friends and rivals from around the world. You can also customize your rider and bike with advanced graphical editors and share your custom designs with the community.
The purchased Nintendo Switch product code must be activated in Nintendo eShop, which can be found in the console menu:
1) Select "Nintendo eShop" on the HOME Menu.
2) Select the account you want to use.
3) Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen.
4) Enter the 16-character download code and click "Confirm".
5) The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed.
The purchased 3DS / 2DS product code must be activated in Nintendo eShop, which can be found in the console menu:
1) Select "Nintendo eShop" on the HOME Menu.
2) Select "Menu" followed by "Redeem Download Code".
3) Click the box labeled "Enter a download code".
4) Enter the purchased code and click "OK".
5) Click "OK" again and select "Download Now" to start downloading.
