Dobrý den, tuto hru jsem si u vás objednal již 3. 01. 2017 a už tehdy jste měli na stránkách, že ke každé předobjednávce bude Steelbook. Tuto sobotu jsem si byl u vás na pobočce hru vyzvednout a žádný steelbook k ní nebyl. Jsem sběratel těchto herních předmětů a objednával jsem záměrně takto hodně předem, abych měl jistotu že tento steelbook dostanu. Žádám vás tímto o vysvětlení a o dodání tohoto předmětu.
