The PlayStation 5 (Slim) Console Offers Spectacular Gaming Experiences
The improved PlayStation 5 Slim gaming console is finally here. The main new feature is a redesigned look based on its predecessor, but the console is smaller overall. Another major change is the 1TB SSD, which replaces the 825GB SSD from the original model. Of course, you can still enjoy gaming experiences in up to 4K resolution at 120 FPS. Most of the PlayStation 5 (Slim)'s hardware is powered by AMD, with its 8-core Zen 2 architecture processor and a graphics chip built on the RDNA 2 platform with support for Ray Tracing.

Advantages of the PlayStation 5 (Slim) Smart Gaming Console
A Stunning Catalogue of Games
Marvel at the incredible graphics and enjoy the new features of the PlayStation 5 (Slim) console. You can also play over 4,000 PS4 games.
High-Quality Original Accessories
Enjoy a deeper gaming experience with support for haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and 3D audio and high-quality visuals. Get official accessories for your PlayStation 5 (Slim) console and enhance your gaming experience to the fullest.
Lightning-Fast Storage
Thanks to the AMD hardware and 1TB SSD, you'll enjoy not only lightning-fast content loading but also visual beauty in up to 4K resolution.
PlayStation VR2 Virtual Reality Headset
Immerse yourself in a world of true virtual reality that can only be experienced with PlayStation VR2. Experience a whole new generation of VR with perfect visuals in 4K HDR. Find yourself at the centre of the action, discover new worlds, and dive right into incredible gaming environments.
DualSense Game Controller
The DualSense game controller boasts haptic feedback for a much more intense gaming experience. And how does it work? In racing games, for example, it provides realistic resistance when steering a car (when driving over various obstacles, etc.). Sony's designers have also changed the angle of the adaptive triggers, and the grip areas have also seen minor changes. Charging is handled via a USB-C interface.
Premium 3D Audio
Let yourself be completely surrounded by sound that feels like it's coming from all directions. If a game supports Tempest 3D AudioTech, your surroundings will truly come to life through your headphones or TV speakers. For an even better experience, we recommend trying the original Sony Pulse 3D headset, sold separately as an accessory.
Blu-ray Drive
The PlayStation 5 (Slim) console is equipped with a drive that can play 100GB Blu-ray XL discs (PS5 games) as well as almost all 50GB discs (PS4 games) thanks to backwards compatibility. The drive also allows you to play movies on Blu-ray in up to 4K resolution.
The Gaming Console Provides Multimedia Entertainment
The media area of the PlayStation 5 (Slim) console's interface brings together a selection of free and paid streaming services in one place. It also allows you to find and play the latest episodes, films, and recommended series at the touch of a button.
PlayStation Plus Membership
Discover your next adventure with hundreds of current and classic games, limited-time trials, online multiplayer, exclusive member discounts and more – choose from three membership options.
Silent Hill: Townfall as a Gift
The package also includes Silent Hill: Townfall – a new instalment in the legendary horror series, created in collaboration with No Code studio, Annapurna Interactive, and Konami. This survival horror puts players in the shoes of Simon, who, after a mysterious phone call from an unknown nurse named Zoe, ends up on the remote St. Amelia Island, where nothing is right from the very first moment. Players can expect a chilling atmosphere, thick fog, and well-thought-out puzzles—exactly what fans of the Silent Hill brand crave. The game is intended primarily for lovers of slower-paced psychological horror and more demanding adventure elements, not for action players looking for fast-paced combat. It’s the perfect gift for anyone who wants to test their new console with a truly terrifying experience.

More Specifications
Sony Corporation is a Japanese company founded in 1946. Its headquarters is located in Tokyo. Its beginnings were humble. The first product sold under the Sony brand was a transistor radio. It was those radios that played a pivotal role in the company's expansion in the 1960s and the world quickly began to associate Sony products with a reliably stellar price-performance ratio.
In the 1970s, Sony was severely affected by the global economic crisis. Many analysts considered the company effectively defunct and could see no future for it. However, they underestimated the famous Japanese perseverance and courage. The crisis was not a disaster for Sony; on the contrary, it served as a launching pad to even greater heights. The company recovered and soon changed the media landscape with the development of the CD and later the DVD. In the early 1990s, Sony achieved another major success with the introduction of the PlayStation gaming console. It is the gaming consoles that best represent the intersection of the three key areas in which the company operates today – electronics, video games, and the entertainment industry.
