Dobrý den, desku jsme zakoupili o víkendu jako novou. Překvapilo nás, že nebyla zabalena v krabici ale pouze v polystyrenu a bublinkové fólii. Původně jsme ji kvůli tomu nechtěli převzít, ale byli jsme ubezpečeni, že většina desek chodí takto bez krabice již od dodavatele. Elektrikář, který nám dnes desku přišel zapojit nám řekl, že je jasně viditelné, že deska již byla v minulosti připojena. Po zapojení deska nefunguje. Jak je prosím možné, že jako nové prodáváte zboží nefunkční a ještě ke všemu již použité? Předem děkuji za odpověď!

Začala mi svietiť signalizácia F5.Po dlhšom odpojeni od prúdu/vypnem poistky pre šporák/ sa po 10 hod .spustila znova.Ostatné funkcie varenia platní fungujú.
