ReCyko + GP GP batteries are among the specially rechargeable NiMH-type rechargeable batteries designed for long-lasting equipment. Generally, it lasts more than 800 mAh and can charge up to 1,000 ×.
In 2016, GP Batteries introduced a new generation of ReCyko+ and ReCyko+ Pro rechargeable batteries. All of these batteries use state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and build on the successful and many award-winning prior series of rechargeable batteries. Against their predecessors, they offer much better features. The new EnergyLock technology is one feature that has low self-discharge rates common with non-rechargeable batteries. The battery will retain enough energy for immediate use even after several years of storage.
The battery pack has up to 1,500 recharge cycles. These batteries are also able to function for up to several years without interruption.
The GP ReCyko+ Pro Rechargeable Batteries are the second generation and also the successor of GP ReCyko+ batteries, which have won the rechargeable battery test in the dTest magazine and have received many other technical awards.
As with the previous generation, their emphasis is on the high number of charging cycles and the minimal self-discharge effect.
You can recharge your GP ReCyko+ Pro Professional batteries more than 1500 times. If they are not being used, they can keep a charge for a long time.
These batteries are pre-factory and are ready for use right after purchase - no need to charge before the first use. You can simply remove the battery from its packaging and insert it into your device.
These rechargeable NiMH GP batteries are ready for use. This is due both to their predisposition to production and to the increased ability to maintain their energy during storage in the retail chain.
The new EnergyLock technology delivers these minimal self-discharge batteries, which is common with non-rechargeable batteries. When charged, your batteries will remain charged for several years, even if you are not using them.
With the minimal self-discharge effect known as LSD (Low-Self-Discharge), the battery will retain up to 70% energy at room temperature after 5 years of storage. Recharge the battery again to gain full power.
Each rechargeable battery is factory limited by an approximate number of charge cycles. When this number of cycles is reached, the battery capacity, or the battery's ability to conserve as much energy as possible, drops significantly.
Using rechargeable batteries and handling them properly can save you considerable financial costs. When purchasing this battery, you will save up to €800 in normal use when compared to purchasing non-rechargeable batteries with equivalent usage times.
