Dobrý den, mám stejný problém jako psal tady kolega: "dobrý deň, chcem sa spýtať, kúpili sme tuto vinoteku a stále tam skáče teplota, nastavene je na 13 stupňov, chvíľu tam je 13, potom 16 stupňov a vinoteka stále beží. máme ju v obývačke kde je stála teplota cca 22 stupňov, takže nie je tam rozdiel v teplote miestnosti. je to chybný výrobok ?? za odpoved dakujem." Nechal jsem vinotéku reklamovat a přišla mi zpět s dopisem, že nebyla nalezena žádná vada, poté co jsem ji rozbalil, zapl, tak není schopná nachladit méně než 18°C což je pro vína nepřípustné. mám k vinotéce dokoupenou 3 letou záruku, co prosím můžu dělat ?
