The Guzzanti GZ 620 home baker is a fully automatic machine that prepares homemade crusty bread according to your requirements up to a weight of 1000 grams. You can choose from three weights of baked bread - 500, 700 and 1000 grams.
The bakery has 19 automatic programs, the ability to set the time and keep the temperature for 60 minutes. All presets can be set using the touch control, which then displays a clear LCD screen. Another feature is the ability to set the degree of browning of the crust - whether it should be light, medium or toasted.
In addition to different types of bread, you can also prepare yoghurt, jams or cake dough.

The delayed start function allows you to delay the start of baking for up to 15 hours. The non-stick surface of the mould and the kneading hook, which is included in the package, ensures easy maintenance. You can rely on secure positioning on the counter thanks to the non-slip rubber feet.
