The Keratin Protect S8540 hair straightener is ideal for those of you who want to achieve perfect results with gentle styling. The ironing surfaces made of advanced ceramic are infused with keratin and almond oil for beautifully smooth, shiny hair.
Main benefits
Keratin and almond oil
The ironing surfaces are made of improved ceramic, which is impregnated with keratin and almond oil. These heat-activated micro-conditioners are slowly released into the hair during styling to soften and smooth the hair. The result will be strong, shiny, healthy-looking hair.
The right temperature for your hair type
The Keratin Protect hair straightener offers 9 temperature settings from 150°C to 230°C so you can choose the right temperature for your hair type. The special PRO+ setting allows gentle styling at 185°C for those who want to achieve great results without worrying about the condition of their hair. In addition, the digital display shows the currently selected temperature for a better overview.
Always ready
The iron heats up in 60 seconds for fast styling and thanks to the automatic shut-off after 60 minutes, you won't have to wonder if you forgot to turn it off when you left.

The material of the ironing surface of the hair straightener can significantly affect the quality of ironing and hair protection. Materials vary in their properties - for example, ceramic is popular for its even heat distribution, while titanium is known for its quick response to temperature changes and high durability.
The surface finish of the plates of the hair straightener can have a big impact on the final result and the protection of the hair from heat damage. For example, plates with a tourmaline finish generate negative ions that help reduce creping and static electricity, while plates with a ceramic finish provide even heat distribution.
