The clear backlit LCD display shows the speed, time, distance, calorie, pulse, number of shots per minute. The computer offers 7 automatic programs with controlled load. The HRC program will respond to your heart rate. Heart rate can be measured wirelessly with the chest strap (can be purchased, not part of the machine). Digital load data in the range of 1-16 degrees is shown directly on the display.
