Dobrý den, sluchátka mám už půl roku a vše zatím fungovalo jak má. Cca před týdne, ale začal vypadávat zvuk (nazvala bych to škytáním) během přehrávání, dokonce se stalo, že na zvuk na pár vteřin vypadl úplně (skladba, ale hrála dál). Sluchátka, jsem zkoušela resetovat, odpojit nebo vypnout, ale nepomohlo to, po nějaké době se problémy opakovali znovu.

Dobrý deň, potrebovala by som poradiť. Slúchadlá mám len dva dni a zo začiatku fungovalo všetko dobré ale včera sa mi stalo že jedno slúchadlo prestalo hrať. Skúsila som ich odparovat a spárovať. A všimla som si že mi bluetooth nájde každé slúchadlo osobitne. A tým pádom keď jedno pripojím druhé sa odpojí. Takže obidva vedia hrať ale iba osobitne. Neviem čo s tým robiť. Skúšala som aj na viacerých telefónoch. Žiadny rozdiel. Neviem či to mám reklamovať alebo to viem aj ja niejako nastaviť aby to sparovalo dokopy. Ešte chcem dodať že už raz reklamovane boli lebo bol ten istý problém len s tým rozdielom že ľavé slúchadlo nehralo už od začiatku tak som si myslela že vadny kus a vymenila som ich za nový kus a teraz to isté hrali len jeden deň.
