Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem si u Vás sluchátka Happy plugs air 1 zen mint. Vše jsem udělala podle návodu, avšak sluchátka se mi ani nezobrazí v nabídce bluetooth na telefonu. Zkusila jsem je tedy resetovat. Avšak stále se mi ani nezobrazují. Prosím o radu. Děkuji, Nikola Bennett

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem sluchátka happyplugs. Nedaří se mi sluchátka nikterak spárovat. Nejdříve se mi podařilo pouze jedno a druhé se nepřipojilo. Poté už se i nepodařilo se sluchátky nic ani mi je můj smartphone nevyhledává. Je možné poradit? Děkuji
