The HENDI Kitchen Line 6L Fryer has a body and oil container made of stainless steel. Heating is provided by a 3300W heating element. The frying temperature can be set up to 190°C. The removable control panel is fitted with a safety feature that automatically switches the fryer off when it is removed. The fryer is protected by a thermostat and a safety guard against overheating with a reset function. The equipment includes a basket with a long, heat-insulated handle for easier handling. The removable oil container makes cleaning easier and an indicator light shows when the fryer is in operation.
